What information we receive
When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we may receive your name, telephone number, email address, route, journey date, passenger count and message content. Enquiries about working with us contain the information you choose to provide. This site has no data-collection form or payment system. The hosting server may process connection information including IP address, time and browser details.
Purposes and legal grounds
We reply to enquiries and arrange rides, rental or cooperation on the basis of GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (steps before a contract or performance of a contract), or Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in handling correspondence) for other enquiries. We keep accounting records where required by law under Article 6(1)(c), and relevant correspondence for potential legal claims under Article 6(1)(f). Enquiries are not used for a newsletter without a separate lawful basis.
Is providing information required?
Providing information is voluntary, but without contact and booking details we may be unable to respond or provide a service.
Recipients
Information may be handled as necessary by our hosting and email provider (OVHcloud), the messaging service you choose (for example WhatsApp/Meta), authorised people arranging journeys, and accounting or IT providers where actually engaged. Facebook and Instagram links lead to separate services governed by their own privacy notices.
Transfers outside the EEA
When you contact us via WhatsApp, its provider may transfer data outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States. The provider describes transfer mechanisms and safeguards (including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses where applicable) in the WhatsApp privacy policy and, where relevant to the service, its Business Data Transfer Addendum. Clicking Facebook or Instagram opens an external Meta service, which may also process data outside the EEA under its own policies. This website does not embed their widgets or tracking pixels. Hosting and email are provided by OVHcloud; see the OVHcloud privacy policy for its processing and safeguards.
Retention
We generally delete routine email and WhatsApp enquiries that do not result in a booking or contract within 3 months after the matter is closed. If a particular message is still necessary to handle a complaint or establish, exercise or defend legal claims, we retain only the necessary information for the applicable period. We retain information relating to confirmed bookings, completed services and contracts for as long as necessary to perform and account for them, meet legal obligations and address claims within applicable limitation periods. Tax and accounting records are retained for the periods required by law. Technical server logs (such as an IP address and request time) may be retained by OVHcloud according to the log type, service settings, security needs and legal duties. Hosting statistics made available by OVHcloud are based on anonymised, aggregated data; we do not use them to identify visitors.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where consent is the basis (without affecting past lawful processing). You can complain to Poland’s data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl). This website does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Updates
This notice describes the current website without Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. Changes to tools, contact channels or retention rules will require an update. Last updated: 19 September 2026.
